1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 5jii ("the Platform," "we," "us") governing your use of all services available at 5jii.app. This includes sports betting, live casino, casino games, eBingo, and all account and payment services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on 5jii, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 5jii.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing the platform from the Philippines. If there is any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version prevails.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 5jii, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

It is your responsibility to ensure that using 5jii is lawful in your jurisdiction. 5jii does not provide legal advice, and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited is done at your own risk.

3. Your Account

Each player may open and maintain only one account on 5jii. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 5jii will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

To unlock full platform features including deposits and withdrawals, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or other government-issued photo identification. The name, date of birth, and other details on your ID must match your registration information exactly.

5jii uses OTP-based authentication and SSL encryption to protect your account. Enabling biometric login on the mobile app is recommended for additional security.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 5jii are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit channels include local bank transfer, Philippine mobile banking apps, and Philippine e-wallets. Specific available methods are listed in the Deposit section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on 5jii.

Deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

5jii does not charge a platform fee for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your provider before initiating a deposit.

Deposited funds are credited to your 5jii balance in PHP. Your balance is available for use across all platform sections including sports betting, casino games, and live casino.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be complete. 5jii may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds or to comply with applicable financial regulations.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the platform's Deposit section. Processing times may vary depending on the method selected and may be subject to review for security purposes.

5jii reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or for compliance purposes. In such cases, 5jii will communicate the reason to the player as promptly as possible.

6. Betting and Gaming

5jii offers sports betting, live casino games, casino games (including slots, RNG table games, video poker, and eBingo), and other gaming formats. Rules for individual games and betting markets are as displayed within the platform at the time of play.

Once a bet or wager is confirmed, it is final and cannot be changed or cancelled unless the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or cancellation option for that particular market or game.

In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest error in odds or game presentation, 5jii reserves the right to void bets or gaming rounds affected by the error. Players will be notified, and stakes returned to their balance.

Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. Live betting odds update in real time — it is the player's responsibility to confirm the odds shown before confirming a live bet.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and per game type. These are displayed within the platform before you place a bet or wager.

7. Bonuses and Offers

From time to time, 5jii may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, or other player incentives. Any such offer will be subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including eligibility conditions, wagering requirements, applicable games, and validity period.

General terms that apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited in PHP and are available to eligible players only.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirement will be stated in the offer terms.
• 5jii reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or unintended game behaviour to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Any activity that 5jii reasonably determines to be harmful, dishonest, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

5jii monitors platform activity for unusual patterns and reserves the right to investigate and take action on any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, including withholding withdrawals pending investigation.

10. Suspension and Account Closure

5jii may suspend or close an account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 5jii may withhold some or all of your balance depending on the circumstances. Where no breach is found, verified balances will be returned to your nominated Philippine bank or e-wallet after applicable checks.

11. Limitation of Liability

5jii provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is available and functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5jii shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds arising from bets or wagers placed and settled in accordance with these Terms.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 5jii's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits 5jii's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

5jii reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
